Rates:
• $455 to $522 all inclusive price for a 2 night stay*
• 2 nights is a minimum stay*
• 3-4 night minimum for holidays
Longer stays welcome, call for rates.
Confirming Reservations:
50% of reservation cost is due at the time of booking if booked over 30 days in advance. Otherwise, full amount is due when booking or the balance is due 30 days before arrival date.
Cancellations:
You are responsible for the full costs of your reservation should you have to cancel. Any refundable amount is based on our ability to re-book your dates minus a $100 cancellation fee.
**Cancellation Exceptions**
We offer an optional Vacation Rental Protection Plan by Travel Guard that can provide you with “peace of mind” should you find yourself in this position – call for details - 800-525-0049.

We accept check, Visa & MasterCard. The Larkin Cottage is managed through Coast Getaways of Mendocino, CA.
Check In and Check Out Times:
Check-in time is from 3:00 pm.
Check-out time is 11:00 am.
